Himalayan Sherpa Kitchen starts its operation on Monday, July 1, 2019. The restaurant serves authentic Himalayan cuisine. Bhim Rai, Chef and Managing partner, who has over 21 years of experience in food service is confident about the quality and taste of the food and believes that all the food is prepared using fresh ingredients and is so delicious that the customers will keep coming back for more.

The mouth-watering delicacies like momo (dumplings filled with Himalayan spices with vegetables/and or chicken), sha-bhaley, Thakali Bhojan, Butter Chicken and fresh roti’s straight from the tandoor (clay oven) are the most favored food by the customers.
